Cosgrove Associates Inc. was founded by Wayne Cosgrove
who has developed a highly successful system of "Planning
For Profit and Making It Happen!"
which is offered along
with a range of other law practice management services to
organizations.
Since 1986, Cosgrove Associates have focused their attention on law firms throughout Ontario and more recently in the U.S. Clients have ranged from sole practitioners to one of Canada's largest law firms.
Our clients are professionals. Although they are very good at what they do, they are not enjoying satisfactory profitability and cash flow. Most importantly, they are willing to change. After satisfactory profitability is achieved we work with clients to ensure long term organizational improvements.
Our basic fees are modest with a significant portion of our compensation based on results.
