Catherine Moffitt is a personable, competent, goal-oriented professional with a strong background in office administration, human resources and marketing communications. Catherine is a highly organized, natural problem-solver as well as a motivating team player - characteristics which have been instrumental in improving company efficiencies through the implementation of timely and streamlined policies and procedures.
Catherine is a strong resource for marketing and administration, both for Cosgrove Associates and for client firms.
Accomplishments
- Re-structured company practice of retention and destruction of records; created procedures manuals and trained all managers and staff, which resulted in storage cost savings and improved administrative efficiencies.
- Spearheaded a study on corporate policies, practices and "emotional" environment (post merger) and developed an "Action Proposal" for Sr. Executives which was implemented in stages to increase employee motivation through coaching, communication, and leadership.
- Pioneered a Leadership Training program for 35+ Managers and Executive which eventually progessed to continuous development skills for staff and supervisors greatly improving the organization's efficiency and productivity.
- Assessed job descriptions for over 100 employees and completed 2 consecutive compensation studies; developed a "standard" for pre-hire assessment and bi-annual employee performance evaluation; created and implemented a corporate H.R. website.
- Developed Product Launch materials for promotional and public relations events including press kits, awards submissions, testimonial interviews, trade articles, sales and technical training binders, trade show planning & logistics, new letterhead and brochure materials.
- Researched, set-up and developed several customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Responsible for new business development and sales of Human Capital Skills Development Programs; facilitated a series of Customer Service training programs.
